We are delighted to inform you about the 13th CHAIN5 Annual Conference 2026, which will take place in Bruges, Belgium on 4, 5 and 6 of November 2026.
Programme and fee

Registration Now Open
This year we ask you to register directly; we skip the pre-register process. Please register before the 1st of September 2026. When registering, make sure you fill in all the information we need, specifically the information needed for the invoice[1]. Only fully completed registration forms with the right information will result in a confirmed registration.

Invoicing
As soon as you have registered, we will send you our invoice. Please make sure to pay the invoice before the 1st of November 2026. Unfortunately, we cannot admit you if you have not paid the invoice.
Accommodation
As Bruges offers a wide range of hotels and other accommodation options, we recommend using well-known platforms such as Booking.com or Airbnb to find suitable lodging.
Call for workshop presenters
Our community thrives on the active participation of its members, who are educators and managers working at EQF Level 5. The conference is a platform for networking and mutual learning. We warmly invite you to contribute by leading a workshop and sharing your expertise. If you are interested, please indicate this when you register. We will follow up with you to discuss your proposal.
