High VPE / Level 5 Area

It is a good time to initiate the discussion around the design of the European Area for ‘High Vocational-Professional Education’. These are the qualifications at level 5 and higher of the EQF, parallel to the European Higher Education Area.
But it also concerns the European Level 5 Area, the qualifications that can be found in all sectors of the Tertiary Education Area.
